This identification operation (account creation) is necessary to block your wristband. If you have not created an account for your wristband, it will not be possible to block it.
No, you can top up your wristband directly at the cashless banks (or via the QR code on your wristband). Your wristband then remains completely anonymous.
Please note: in this case, your wristband cannot be blocked in the event of loss or theft.

Your wristband is fitted with an electronic chip in which your money is stored. Take care of it to avoid any problems! Avoid exposure to heat or flame, and above all do not try to pierce it: this would render it immediately inoperative.
You can manage different wallets from a single account. Simply create as many wallets as you like from your account.
A single bank card will be used for all the wallets, and the amounts are specific to each wallet: you will not be able to transfer money from one to another.
The procedure is the same as for a cashless account with a single wallet. You will only need to repeat the refund process as many times as there are wallets associated with the cashless account.
