The sales for the AC/DC concert have ended.
At the time of purchase, you will be able to fill in the fields for the first and last name of each participant. This information will be important to ensure a smooth welcome for you on the day of the event. Nevertheless, you will still have the option to modify the provided information for each participant through your online order management space.
Your order is limited to a maximum of 4 tickets, and you will not be able to place multiple orders.
Payments are accepted only through credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, Carte Bleue. American Express and PayPal payments will not be available for this sale. During the payment process, you will need your mobile device to validate the purchase either through your bank's app or via SMS.
To combat the black market, no tickets will be available for download on the platform. Tickets will be accessible from August 5th 2024. You will receive all the necessary information via email to attend the event.
If your order is confirmed, you will receive an order confirmation email with a summary of the quantity and type of tickets purchased.
This email will contain an order number; please make sure to keep this email. With your email and order number, you can log in to your online account to view your order and assign names to the ticket holders.

Yes, you will be able to rename your tickets from your order management area starting Monday, February 19, 2024.
A dedicated ticket type is available at the ticket office to access the platform for disabled persons. This rate is exclusively reserved for PWD (Persons with Disabilities) and their companion (one companion per person with a disability). Each of them must be in possession of a ticket. A valid and official proof of disability in French or English will be required to validate the order.

An identity check will be carried out on the day of the event before you enter the site.
A secure wristband will be given to you upon presentation of your ticket in order to access the concert.
Other access arrangements will be announced at a later date.
We strongly advise against bringing children under the age of 3. In all cases, they must be in possession of an admission ticket. gerard drouot productions reserves the right to refuse access to minors under the age of 16 who are not accompanied by an adult and do not have parental authorisation.
