Sephora sells tickets for this event exclusively through the official ticketing website, which can be found above. Any purchases made outside of this ticketing platform may be fraudulent. There are two types of tickets available for purchase. Sephora Gold Members can purchase tickets for one exclusive Gold Member session on Friday, 16 October. If you are not a Sephora Gold Member, you can purchase tickets for the General Public sessions taking place on Friday, 16 October and Saturday, 17 October. Please visit the ticketing website to view the full session schedule and secure your preferred time. We can’t wait to welcome you to the trends capital!
The first wave of tickets will be available for purchase on August 18 for Sephora Gold Members for 75£. The second wave of tickets will be available for purchase on August 20 for General Public for 95£. Be quick, last year was a sell-out!
Each ticket allows you to enjoy a 3-hour immersive experience within the to the SEPHORiA Beauty Trends Discovery! Get ready to learn, be inspired and transform your routine.
For the General Public sessions, you may purchase up to two tickets. For the Sephora Gold Member sessions, each Gold Member may purchase one ticket, which includes entry for you and one guest. You’ll be everyone’s new BFF!
If you unfortunately cannot attend (we’ll miss you), you can resell your Gold and General sessions ticket until October 15th, 6PM via the official ticket shop above. Tickets purchased for the Sephora Gold Member session may not be resold.
To receive a receipt for your purchase, please ensure to check the corresponding box during the check out process.
Unfortunately, if the event is shown as sold out on the official the ticketing website, there will be no additional tickets made available. However, please check back on the website to see if any tickets are resold by guests no longer able to attend. Fingers crossed!
Access to the event will be permitted up to 30 minutes before the end of your session, but we strongly recommend arriving on time to fully enjoy your session, particularly the workshop, which is only accessible during the scheduled time slot. As a reminder, each session lasts 3 hours. Any lateness will not result in an extension.
Ticketing for general public sessions is accessible internationally. However, ticketing for Gold sessions is only accessible to our Gold customers in the United Kingdom.
Tickets can be purchased by anyone who is 16 and above. Guests may be asked at the entrance to show ID. For any attendees under 16, they must be accompanied by an adult, with both guests ticketed. Please note, SEPHORiA is an immersive event designed as a 360° experience, with sound levels and sensory stations that could be discomforting to younger people. We encourage you to take these elements into account when planning your visit, as attendance levels can be high during the event.

Unfortunately to ensure the safety of all those attending and to ensure everyone has the best experience at SEPHORiA, each session is limited to 3 hours. Rest assured, there will be plenty of time for you to explore all that SEPHORiA has to offer during this timeframe! Think: innovative trends, interactive experiences and your most-loved brands.

No. As a Gold ticket holder's guest (+1), you must be accompanied by the Gold ticket holder when entering the event. You will not be permitted to enter the event on your own.

We want to ensure a beautiful experience for everyone, therefore caregivers are able to accompany you for free alongside a Gold or General Session ticket purchase. Please note, if you require a caregiver to accompany you as part of the Gold Member Session, your caregiver will count as your included plus-one. While we strive to operate on trust and inclusivity, in some cases customers will be asked to present proof of eligibility, and we therefore ask you and your caregiver to bring a form of identification such as a carer certificate.
